Real Estate Trading Exceeds QR 499 Million in One Week
According to the weekly real estate bulletin issued by the Ministry of Justice – State of Qatar, real estate trading exceeded QR 499 million during the period from 4 to 8 October 2026.
The value of sale contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department reached QR 419,009,596.
Meanwhile, the total value of sales contracts for residential units amounted to QR 80,767,845 during the same period.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department stated that the properties traded included vacant plots, houses, residential buildings, commercial buildings, commercial shops, residential apartments, and residential units.
Sales transactions were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal. The areas included Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Wukair, Ghar Thuaileb, Al Kharaij, Al Gharrafa, and Al Sakhama.
