More Than QAR 583 Million in Weekly Real Estate Transactions
According to the weekly real estate bulletin issued by the Ministry of Justice – State of Qatar, the value of real estate transactions recorded through sale contracts during the period from September 20 to September 24, 2026, reached QAR 516,362,618.
The total value of sale contracts for residential units during the same period reached QAR 66,738,529.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department stated that the properties traded included vacant land, residential properties, residential buildings, a service building, commercial buildings, and residential units.
Sales transactions were concentrated in Al Rayyan, Doha, Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, as well as areas including Lusail69, The Pearl Island, Al Wukair, Al Gharrafa, Al Kharaij, and Ghar Thuaileb.
