According to the weekly real estate bulletin issued by the Ministry of Justice – State of Qatar, the value of real estate transactions recorded through sale contracts by the Real Estate Registration Department during the period from August 30 to September 3, 2026, reached QAR 520,378,257.
The total value of sale contracts for residential units during the same period reached QAR 65,845,136.
The weekly bulletin stated that the properties traded included vacant land, residential properties, an administrative building, commercial shops, and residential units.
Sales transactions were concentrated in Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, in addition to a number of other areas across Qatar.
