Qatar Real Estate Market Records QAR 370.989 Million in Transactions
According to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice – State of Qatar, registered real estate sale transactions reached approximately QAR 299.903 million during the period from September 13 to 17, 2026.
Residential unit sale contracts during the same period amounted to approximately QAR 71.086 million, bringing the total value of real estate transactions during the week to QAR 370.989 million.
The transactions included vacant land, residential properties, residential buildings and residential units, with sales recorded across a number of municipalities and areas in the State of Qatar, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department.
